**Job Title**: Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and execute projects from start to finish.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas and concepts.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media design trends.
- Experience working with a variety of clients in different industries.
