**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1)Responsible For Chemical analysis, day to day activity like sampling analysis of ingredients finished product and Finished product.

2)Validation of cleaning and sanitization process, maintaining documentation related to chemical lab management system.

3)In process Quality control for milk and By product.
