**Salary**: -35,000-45,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -5 years of experience in Land Surveying.
- Minimum experience: -2-3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, with proficiency in operating Total Stations.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Eligibility: -Only male applicants are required.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**JOB TYPE: FULL TIME**

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct land surveys using Total Stations to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
- Set up and operate Total Stations and other surveying equipment accurately.
- Perform calculations to determine boundary lines, property corners, and other relevant survey data.
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and other documentation based on collected data.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated and maintained.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while conducting field surveys.
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveying staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of surveying principles, methods, and techniques.
- Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Certification as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is a plus.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
