You'll be working as an intern for FounderX by Blooomit. Here's who we are:

- Organised and hosted 14 events across 5 cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry and Tirunelveli).
- We've had 500+ founders, investors, mentors, enablers students and freelancers as our participants, speakers and partners.
- The combined valuation of the startups within our community is $100M+
- Investors within our community have invested in more than 150 startups and have a combined funding capacity of $300M+

What's in plan for 2025:

- We plan to organise, host and collaborate in 30 events.
- Besides the 5 cities we plan to host events in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Surat and Delhi.
- FounderX will also be present in Europe around Q3 to Q4 of 2025.
- We also plan to launch our own Venture Studio by the end of 2025.
- Most of our events were non-profit, starting with 2025 we'd like to monetise our events and start a membership program.

What do you need to do?
- **Instagram (1)**: We've already created a template on Canva, we shall also provide you with the long content and title for a post, for which you shall change the image, text and must post it with a short caption which can be created on chatgpt based on the long content on a daily basis.
- **Instagram (2) & LinkedIn**: We have a meme page on both Instagram and LinkedIn for which you shall create memes and post it on a daily basis.
- **Event reminders**: Currently we're hosting 2 events per month, you are required to collect data from the registration forms and shall remind the participants:
a) **For free events**: You shall text the participants reminders (texts will be provided) on WhatsApp 2 days prior to the event and on the day of event.

b) **For paid events**: You shall remind participants via WhatsApp texts 1 week prior to the event, call them 2 days prior to the event and remind them via WhatsApp texts on the day of event as well.
- **Post Event**: You are to create a new WhatsApp group in the FounderX community and add all contacts from the registration form to the group.
- **WhatsApp Community Management**: Send our Instagram and LinkedIn posts & reels on a day to day basis, respond to queries and keep the community active.

What we expect from you?
- Basic Microsoft office skills.
- Basic Canva skills.
- Basics of Event curation.
- Fluency in English & Tamil.
- Basics of ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI tools.
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
- Sense of humour.
- Travel to our events if required (Travel, local transportation, food and accommodation will be covered)

Duration of work:
We post content 31 days a month on both our Instagram Accounts (Content & Meme page) and our LinkedIn Account so if you could create all the content required and schedule it for the entire month in just one single day also we're cool and you can chill for the remaining days. **Totally up to you But it really shouldn't take more than 1 hour a day.**

We just require you to complete the tasks, update us every single day on every task and show up to the weekly meeting.

Since there is barely any workload the **pay will only be INR 1,000 per month**.
