**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patients' needs, create and implement care plans, and evaluate the outcomes of nursing interventions.
- **Medication Administration**:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dosage and administration guidelines.
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications and report changes to the healthcare team.
- **Monitoring and Assessment**:

- Regularly assess patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
- Identify and report any changes in patients' conditions promptly.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information and emotional support.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Document patient responses to treatments and medications.
- **Infection Control**:

- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.
- Adhere to safety standards and promote a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- **Education**:

- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and initiating life-saving measures as necessary.
- Participate in disaster preparedness and response activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
