**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by creating a welcoming and pleasant environment.
- **Food and Beverage Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of food and drinks as per the café menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized preparation area, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Accurately process customer transactions using the café’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide change and receipts as necessary, ensuring correct amounts are given.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**:

- Keep the café area, seating, and restrooms clean and tidy throughout the day.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters, equipment, and floors.
- Ensure that stock is stored appropriately and that any maintenance issues are reported promptly.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, drinks, and supplies, informing the supervisor of low stock items.
- Assist with restocking supplies, including food, drinks, napkins, and packaging materials.
- Assist in organizing deliveries and ensuring that stock is properly rotated.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Report any hazards or safety concerns to the manager immediately.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
