**The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to**:

- Undergo a Train the Trainers Program to developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning module and teaching pedagogy
- Conducting Instructor Lead Training sessions at the training center using audio visual aids
- Ensuring online learning and practice sessions using Words Worth mobile app
- Ensure that language proficiency of all the learners improve by 1 CEFR level

**Qualification & Experience**: Graduate / Masters preferably in English with two years of teaching experience.

**Required Skills**: A Pleasant Personality with Excellent written and verbal communication. He/ She can communicate in English.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Part-time hours**: 10 per week **(per day 2 hrs.)**

**Pay**: 6000 - 8000 per month

Total duration per batch will be 120 training hours.

Remuneration per batch will be Rs. 20000/- to 22000/
- Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
