Noc (Saas)

**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Wintel administrator having good exposure in on-premises, AWS and Azure enterprise
- environment.
- Having scripting skill in POWERSHELL and SQL is value added
- Operating the Cloud Infrastructure to the highest standards of professionalism and availability.
- Maintaining operational, configuration, and other Standard Operating Procedures
- Identifying and collaborating with appropriate teams to improve monitoring, automation and the general quality of the Cloud service.
- Work with Technical support or directly with Customer as needed, to understand and troubleshoot their complex, leading-edge, highly-virtualized SaaS delivery infrastructure.
- Work in a fast-paced development environment with global customers and globally-distributed development and support resources.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support 24x7 coverage of our service offering.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Basic understanding/experience with relational database concepts and design.
- Basic understanding of web technologies, especially involving.Net and Sql Server databases.
- Basic understanding of network and security protocols
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work well on a cross-functional team, including clients, support, developers, operations staff and other team members.
- ITIL, MSCE, AWS / AZURE certification is preferred

**Salary**: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
