**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our team, capable of both crafting compelling content and managing social media presence to boost brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation. In this role, you will plan, create, and execute content strategies that align with our marketing goals—ranging from impactful scripts and articles to engaging social media campaigns. You will collaborate with marketing, video production, and design teams to deliver cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar for blogs, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Conduct audience analysis to tailor messaging for maximum impact.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for videos (property tours, promotional videos, client testimonials,

etc.).
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to create relevant content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Write captions, create storyboards, and collaborate with designers/video editors for engaging posts and

reels.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into brand content to boost engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in content writing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to write engaging content for multiple formats and platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, content performance metrics, and analytics tools.
- Creativity and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer) is a plus.

What We Offer:

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
