Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually compelling graphics for both digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and more.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that align with brand guidelines and client requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance the overall brand image.
Photo Editing & Retouching:
Perform detailed photo retouching and editing, including color correction, enhancement, and manipulation to achieve the desired visual effects.
Utilize advanced photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to perfect images for various campaigns.
Photography:
Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, ensuring the capture of high-quality images that meet project objectives.
Provide input on composition, lighting, and styling to produce professional-grade photographs.
Maintain a portfolio of high-quality photographs that can be used across different platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and photo editing.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.).
Strong understanding of color theory, gradients, and visual composition.
Experience in photo retouching, color correction, and image manipulation.
Basic knowledge of photography, including experience with DSLR cameras and lighting setups.
Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI is advantageous.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
