**Job Summary**

We are looking for an executive who has basic or some knowledge about how the Travel Agency work. He/She will be responsible for handling all the queries on first hand basis and communicate between clients and sales team. With that, also to maintain the regular flow that includes Airline booking, Visa, Travel Insurance, Inbound/Outbound Travel booking and all other related document work.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Driving sales of domestic and international holiday packages
- This role involves selling domestic and international holiday packages to the customers directly.
- Designing itineraries, vacation packages, costing and hotel booking
- Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and collecting data
- Error free updating of the bookings
- Error free handover of the Sales files to the Post sales teams
- Should have basic knowledge of holiday destinations
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Right attitude, well-disciplined and performance focused
- High level expertise
- Ability to handle a flexible work schedule, to include some evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team
- Same Trade Experience is preferable
- Basic Geographical Knowledge

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**

Basic knowledge of destination

Computer skills like MS-Office and Internet Researching

Any field graduate

Freshers willing for long term can apply

Some Technical skills

Good communication skills

Ready to work in Team

Thirst for knowledge

Can handle all kind of corporate situation
