**We are hiring for our Client Company.**

**CAD-Designer/Technical Executive required for Architectural products door hardware and automatics. required for Automatic door designing firm in Guindy, with good experience of Designing, Execution, Team Handling Skill, Effective Client Communication ability.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Develop the design and concept for Client
- Working on AutoCAD in 2D for drafting space plan, designs and detailed drawings in standard formats
- Documenting all drawings in a specified format
- Coordinating with 3D renderer regarding designs provided by the designer
- Providing feedback to the designer regarding possible challenges faced whilst the execution of designs
- Giving a clear picture to the agencies by explaining the design & drawings
- Work Distribution to Employee and Create open mind atmosphere for better work culture
- Tracking the progress of the project as per the defined timeline
- Updating the director regarding project work via pictures
- Ensuring timely order &delivery of material at site as per quantity submitted by a contractor
- Communicating with vendors regarding order
- Communicating with client regarding project progress
- Coordinating with contractors of different agencies to ensure the timely completion of a project with defined quality
- Preparing the purchase order form, verifying it from agency official and forwarding the same to Director & Accounts team

**Qualifications and Skills**

**BE Mechanical/Electrical Jr-Designer in 1 to 2 Years experience 2 nos.**

**BE Mechanical/Electrical Sr-Designer in 3 to 5 Years experience 2 nos.**
- Preparation BOQ and drawings against enquirers.
- Preparation of technical submitting against BOQ or drawings.
- In-house product checking.
- BOQ and drawings clarification on call over phone through sales team.
- Supporting new product development.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
- **1-5 years’ of relevant interior design experience**:

- Must have team handling experience
- AutoCAD & Photoshop proficiency required
- Demonstrated understanding of technical drawings
- Preferred Skills:

- Basic sketching skills
- Creative thinking & Problem-Solving ability
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good observation and management skills
- Must be ethical in business dealing
- Positive attitude towards the teamwork
- Familiar with the places in Chennai & PAN India.
