**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide detailed information about our programs, admission process, and scholarship opportunities.
- Assist prospective students in completing enrollment forms and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Participate in campus tours, open houses, and other promotional events to showcase our facilities and programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing student enrollment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in education and training to effectively communicate the value of our programs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Passion for education and helping others achieve their career goals.
