To be successful in this role, you should possess **excellent storytelling abilities** and a strong eye for **visual aesthetics**. You must be able to create engaging video content, compelling graphic designs, and visually appealing layouts. A willingness to **travel for field shoots** and capture real-life stories is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Understanding the **video and graphic requirements** of the organization.
- Planning concepts, storyboards, and narratives for **video production and graphic design projects**.
- Using artistic elements, typography, and layouts to communicate stories effectively.
- Managing raw data collected from the field, including video footage and images.
- Creating **engaging video content** by editing raw footage and collaborating with the video team to deliver the final product.
- Designing **posters, social media creatives, thumbnails, banners, brochures, and other digital/print media assets**.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all graphic and video content.
- Reviewing final edits (both video and graphic) and making necessary modifications as per feedback.
- Maintaining a proper record of the company’s **video productions and graphic designs**.
- Collaborating with other team members, including content writers, marketers, and creative directors.
- Adhering to the organization’s rules, guidelines, and deadlines.

**Requirements & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Films, Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related fields**.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (mandatory)**.
- Strong knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools**.
- **Minimum 6 months to 2 years** of experience working as a **Video Editor & Graphic Designer**.
- Strong understanding of **visual composition, color theory, and typography**.
- Knowledge of **production processes and technologies** related to both video and design.
- Ability to work both **independently and collaboratively** in a team environment.
- Excellent **oral and written communication skills**.
- Outstanding **project management** and **organizational** skills.
- Strong knowledge of **lighting, audio equipment, and camera techniques** is a plus.
- Ability to **meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects** simultaneously.
- **Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate** about storytelling through visual media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
