**We are hiring CNC Machine Operator.**

**JD FOR MACHINE OPERATOR**:

- Set up CNC machines based on job specifications, including loading raw materials and adjusting machine settings.
- Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as drilling, milling, boring, and cutting,taping
- Experience in operating large CNC machines (VMC-3 to 6 mtrs), CNC Borers-130 spendal), HMC-800 to 1000 MM)
- Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance alarm on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot machine errors and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code and M- code commands preferred.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and bore gauge.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience required
