**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing all material transactions in SAP business one
- Making sales order and forecast in SAP business one as per requirement shared by sales/project team in kick off meeting
- Generating Purchase orders from SAP by using Material resource and planning in SAP B1
- Uploading BOM received from design team and updating BOM as per ECN
- Creating work orders as per sales order and forecast generated in SAP
- Working with buyer to get Estimated time of arrival (ETA) of all items
- Production planning as per ETA received from buyer
- Tracking plan vs actual production and sharing MIS to internal stakeholders
- Managing min-max, MOQ and entire item master data
- Dispatch coordination with production, quality, central maintenance and SCM team
- Working with Planning head and SCM head to build strategies for material and production planning function
- Updating SOP for planning function

**Requirements**:

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS excel
- Knowledge of SAP business one is preferred
- Good Analytical Skills.
- Good decision making
- Team player

**Good to Have**:

- Fluent in multiple languages - Marathi, Hindi, English
- Desired Qualification: Any graduation, MBA is preferred
- Work Experience: 0-3 Years
