Our mission is to assist people in reaching their health & weight goals by providing customized online fitness classes and diet counselling sessions that are tailored to their specific requirements.

**Job Summary**:
**Fitness Training**:

- Conduct fitness consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals, needs, and limitations.
- Develop personalized workout plans guidance tailored to each client's goals and fitness level.
- Lead individual training sessions, ensuring clients follow proper form and technique.
- Monitor clients' progress, track measurements, and make adjustments to their fitness programs as needed.
- Actively promote fitness memberships and other services to potential clients.
- Provide ongoing motivation, support, and guidance to clients to help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the services and benefits offered by the company.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and
- professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage retention and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Fitness Trainer.
- Experience in fitness industry.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, and fitness principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Compensation**:
**Preferred Location**: Noida and Ghaziabad.
