Prepare dialysis machines and equipment for patient treatments.
- Ensure that dialysis machines, blood lines, and filters are correctly set up and functioning.
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatments, adjusting equipment as needed and observing for complications.
- Ensure that patient vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, etc.) are stable throughout the procedure.
- Assist with the initiation and termination of dialysis treatments, including connecting and disconnecting the patient to the machine.
- Provide comfort and emotional support to patients during dialysis treatments.
- Monitor patients for signs of complications such as hypotension, infection, or allergic reactions.
- Educate patients about their dialysis treatment plan and proper care.
- Assist with patient positioning and ensure comfort during the procedure.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of dialysis machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues with dialysis machines and alert healthcare providers if there are malfunctions or concerns.
- Accurately document patient information including vitals, dialysis settings, and any complications during treatments.
- Follow strict infection control procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure patient safety.
- Work alongside nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

Pay: ₹11,015.32 - ₹13,500.00 per month
