JOB Description:

- Participate and provide clinical leadership in the development and review of appropriate clinical protocols and processes that support appropriate referral and consistent care.
- Documents patient H&P, treatment, orders, and clinical progress in the chart.
- Actively participate in creating and implementing improvements to achieve clinical, satisfaction and/or efficiency outcomes.
- Conduct clinical research projects either solely or with students, residents, and/or colleagues.
- Provide clinical teaching of health professions students and resident trainees rotating at WDI.
- Northeast Medical Group (NEMG) was established with the goal of integrating physicians across Yale New Haven Health System in a single group practice that offers enhanced collaboration, improved clinical quality and better practice management resources.
- Serve as clinical supervisor for mid-level practitioners (PA-C/CRNP) as required from time to time.
- Other duties regarding clinical care as may be reasonably requested by employer from time-to-time.
- Engage in full-time clinical practice and medical oversight of the assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and clinical policies and procedures.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
