**Position Overview **:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of our operational processes. As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in optimizing workflows, enhancing efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This internship offers a dynamic learning environment where you will collaborate with experienced professionals and have a direct impact on our operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Process Improvement**: Collaborate with the operations team to identify opportunities for streamlining processes, reducing inefficiencies, and increasing overall productivity.

**Data Analysis**: Assist in collecting and analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to the team.

**Inventory Management**: Support the tracking and management of inventory levels, including monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting in the implementation of inventory control measures.

**Order Fulfillment**: Contribute to order processing, packaging, and shipping processes. Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining quality standards.

**Vendor Relations**: Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure consistent supply chain operations.

**Documentation**: Help maintain accurate records of operational procedures, guidelines, and protocols. Update documentation as needed to reflect process changes and improvements.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various departments such as sales, customer service, and finance to ensure seamless communication and coordination of operations-related activities.

**Problem Solving**: Participate in problem-solving initiatives related to operational challenges. Work with the team to brainstorm solutions and implement corrective actions.

**Quality Assurance**: Contribute to quality control efforts by inspecting products, identifying defects, and suggesting improvements to maintain high product standards.

**Ad-hoc Projects**: Support the operations team with special projects as assigned, ranging from process audits to market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, draw insights, and make informed recommendations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the operations team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹3,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
