**Job Title: Fleet Executive**

As a Fleet Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vehicles. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing a wide range of activities to maximize vehicle performance and driver efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
**1. Vehicle Scheduling and Dispatch**:

- Plan and coordinate vehicle deployment to meet operational demands.
- Optimize schedules to maximize fleet efficiency and minimize downtime.

**2. Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance**:

- Establish and enforce rigorous vehicle inspection and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

**3. Vehicle Performance Monitoring, Record Keeping, and Improvement**:

- Monitor vehicle performance metrics such as fuel efficiency and maintenance costs.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and operational expenses.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.

**4. Monitoring, Correcting, and Improving Driving Behaviours and Operations**:

- Implement and oversee programs to monitor and improve driver behaviour and operational efficiency.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and recognition to drivers for performance improvement.

**5. Driver Management**:

- Assist in the recruitment, discipline, and termination of drivers.
- Evaluate drivers’ performances and provide feedback.
- Set driving schedules and monitor driver attendance and health statuses.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure drivers adhere to applicable transport regulations, including Hours of Service compliance.
- Provide training on risk management protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field, with a strong understanding of vehicle operations and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with fleet management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
