Architect Intern

CASA is a modular construction company, transforming the construction landscape and elevating the living experience. Stemming from a desire for intelligent, sustainable and superior living experience, CASA is addressing the rising urbanization demand of India’s infrastructure and housing needs by building structures upto 6 floors at a supersonic speed (within 90 days) which are 2X stronger with almost zero wastages and disturbances to the surrounding and nature. It is also designed to ensure minimum energy consumption with net zero smart buildings by adopting collaborative design, manufacturing and assembly processes under the same roof. The only technology which can be fully built in factories integrating the material innovation, software and hardware embedment to give a smarter and more personalized living experience.

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgetary constraints, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and feasible design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional objectives.
- Provide expertise in architectural planning, site analysis, spatial design, and material selection to optimize project outcomes and enhance overall project value.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of architectural drawings, models, and specifications, utilizing industry-standard software and techniques to communicate design intent effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of building sites, existing structures, and environmental factors to inform design decisions and mitigate potential challenges or risks.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction, integrating relevant advancements into project workflows and methodologies.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design and construction process.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, exhibiting a commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of architectural practice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional licensure (or in the process of obtaining) as an architect.
- Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
- Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
