Promote and sell our management product to working professionals, highlighting the benefits of our tie-ups with renowned business schools in India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and tailoring our solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide personalized counseling and guidance to working professionals, addressing their queries and concerns regarding the educational programs and admission processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and materials for promoting our management product, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to ensure our product remains competitive and meets the evolving needs of working professionals.
- Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and networking sessions to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets, providing regular updates to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education industry or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities, capable of delivering compelling and persuasive presentations.
- Knowledge of the Indian business school landscape and familiarity with admission processes and requirements.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address the unique needs and challenges faced by working professionals seeking higher education.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for customer meetings and events.
- A passion for education and a genuine interest in helping working professionals advance their careers through quality educational programs.
