**JOB PROFILE**

We seek an experienced IT Associate to be a part of an IT team within CUTS.

IT Associate will be responsible for the coding, web uploads, designing new layouts and complete maintenance of CUTS website. Solution architect for IT systems & processes re-engineering, IT Risk management, Governance and compliance, transformation & transitions, quality assurance, client relationship management & customer retention. Comprehensive experience in IT Outsourcing Management, Contracts management, Resources deployment, defining SOWs & SLAs & overall Quality Assurance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes.
- Reviewing current systems.
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
- Working closely with designers and staff.
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
- Preparation of training manuals for users.
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running.
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
- Create and maintain software documentation.
- Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
- Review statistics and monitor analytics along with SEO of websites.
- Maintain responsive design.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s in web development or Computer from an institute of good repute
- 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Should be familiar with LMS, HTML, CSS, Word press, PHP, ASP.net and Javascript.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation process.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
