So, what do we do differently? We focused on making the basics the heroes of our brand. To this day, we only offer 10 carefully curated styles. It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. Our philosophy is focusing on what's important and letting go of the rest.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an enterprising individual with the zeal and passion to solve complex problems and manage the timely delivery of fabrics along with mínimal quality issues or fabric defects at **सादा / SAADAA.**

**WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Must lead the fabric team to coordinate fabric orders of all ongoing orders and new developments
- Leading vendor management for fabric processing and finishing to match quality standards.
- Managing fabric follow-up, buying activities, approvals, quality control, and defect analysis of the fabrics.
- Maintain cordial relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Review or update supply practices by new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
- Should do regular vendor and dyer audits with maximum scrutiny
- Must possess technical knowledge of the dyeing process

**WHO YOU ARE?**

- Must have technical fabric knowledge
- Quality check experience of 5 years
- Should have experience in garment export houses.
- Should be driven & capable of performing tasks independently.
- Passionate about têxtiles and should be driven to gain knowledge of the same
- B.Tech./BSc./Diploma in Textile Technology
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Good understanding of woven and knitted garments, chemical and mechanical finishes, fabric inspection systems, fabric costing, and the fundamentals of fabric manufacturing, dyeing, and finishing.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
