**Job Summary**:
The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the research department.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Coordination and Support.

Assist in planning and coordinating research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Support research teams in study design, data collection, and analysis.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and assist in the preparation of research reports and presentations.

Maintain department records, organize files, and oversee supplies and equipment inventory.

Process financial and administrative paperwork related to research projects, including budgets and expense reports.

Assist in training new research staff and ensuring that all team members are informed of the latest protocols and guidelines

.Keep up-to-date with new developments in research regulations and methods, sharing relevant updates with the team.

**Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field**

Experience in research administration, or project coordination preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions: The role may require occasional travel for training or project-related meetings and events. Working hours may vary depending on project demands, and remote work flexibility may be offered depending on institutional policies.
