We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AdWords Expert to join our marketing team. If you have a proven track record in managing successful Google AdWords campaigns, PerformanceMax & Shopping Campaigns and a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Google AdWords campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance
- Create and manage ad copy and creative assets to ensure compelling and high-converting ad campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns current and effective
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align AdWords strategies with overall marketing goals

**Skills Required**:

- 1-3 years experience in managing successful Google AdWords campaigns
- Google AdWords certification is a plus
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- A creative and strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail
