Tgt Hindi Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Hindi language lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to promote active participation and comprehension among students.
- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress and achievement, providing timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional practices, participate in professional development opportunities, and contribute to the overall improvement of the school community.
- Foster a love for Hindi language and literature through meaningful connections to real-life contexts, cultural experiences, and interdisciplinary learning.
- Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to classroom management, student behavior, and safety.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
- Prior teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and cultural heritage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support the diverse needs of learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
