**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **administrative tasks** such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in **project coordination**, task follow-ups, and reporting progress.
- Manage **data entry, CRM updates, and documentation**.
- Conduct **online research** and prepare summaries or presentations.
- Support **social media management** (posting, basic content translation, replying to comments/messages).
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle **confidential information** with discretion and professionalism.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **Fluent in and English** **and good In Spanish** (both written and spoken)
- Strong **organizational and time management skills**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficiency with **productivity tools** such as Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems**will be an added advantage
- Ability to **multi-task, prioritize, and work independently** in a remote environment.
- High level of **professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability**.

**Timing**: 7:30pm to 4:30pm

**Note Mandatory**: 2 days work from office and 1 day work from home

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
