Job Description: Clinic Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clinic Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. Your primary focus will be on invoicing, welcoming patients, inventory management, and clinic bookkeeping.

**Responsibilities**:
Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for patients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the billing department to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Welcoming patients: Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic. Provide excellent customer service by addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting them in completing necessary forms.

Inventory management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of clinic supplies, equipment, and medications. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, track inventory usage, and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.

Clinic bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including expenses, payments, and receipts. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, handle petty cash, and reconcile billing statements.

Appointment scheduling: Assist in managing the appointment schedule, ensuring efficient utilization of clinic resources. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and consultations.

Data entry and recordkeeping: Enter patient information, medical records, and other relevant data into the clinic's electronic system. Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 per month
