Assistant Professor

**Key Responsibilities**

The position requires a balanced commitment across teaching, research, and service.

**I. Teaching and Mentoring**
- **Design and deliver** engaging undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering, including lecture, lab, and online formats.
- Develop and revise **curriculum** to incorporate the latest industry trends and research findings.
- **Supervise and mentor** student research projects, including Master's theses and Ph.D. dissertations.
- Provide **academic advising** and career guidance to students.

**II. Research and Scholarship**
- **Establish and maintain** an active, externally funded research program in a specialized area of Computer Science.
- **Publish** high-quality research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.
- Actively **seek and secure** competitive research grants and contracts from government agencies and industry.
- Collaborate with faculty across departments on interdisciplinary research initiatives.

**III. Service and Administration**
- Participate in **departmental, college, and university committee** work (e.g., curriculum, faculty search, assessment).
- Contribute to the **growth and development** of the department, including new program initiatives and accreditation efforts.
- Engage with the professional community through service roles, technical reviews, and external partnerships.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Ph.D.** in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated potential for **high-quality teaching** at the university level.
- A **strong record of scholarly publications** in reputable journals and conference proceedings (commensurate with rank).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Commitment to fostering a **diverse, equitable, and inclusive** learning and research environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
