Jr. Merchandiser

**Job Overview**:
As a Junior Merchandiser at AirGarb®, you will play a pivotal role in retail operations, cataloguing, procurement, product quality control during production, and building relationships with brands and corporate clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses a blend of analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to contribute to our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Operations**:

- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring smooth processes and optimal customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive retail sales targets.
- **Cataloguing**:

- Manage the cataloguing process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and visuals.
- **Procurement**:

- Source new suppliers and negotiate terms to secure favorable pricing and conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and explore opportunities for cost optimization.
- **Product Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures during the production process to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Engage with brands and corporate clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build and nurture relationships to enhance client satisfaction and secure repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail operations, cataloguing, procurement, and product quality control.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the retail industry and current market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to convince and build relationships with brands and corporate clients.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
