_Assist incorporation of the Milk Producer Company (MPC);_
- Assist PIB head to run functions of MPC as per company policies._
- Educate pourers time to time what benefits are being delivered to them._
- Make good repo with pourers so as to increase their number and shareholding in the company._
- Make contact with VCG and MRG so as to communicate to pourers about company policies._
- Take care about pourer’s requirement i.e. timely payment, change in bank account details, veterinary aids and monitory funds._
- Have ability to convince pourers and VSPs to get maximum output._
- Have ability to act as communicators b/w pourers ,VSP,MRG and company for smooth running to business_
- Fluency in Local Language (read, write and speak)_
- Fluency in Punjabi (Read, write and speak)_
- Exposure in corporate governance trends and matters;_
- Experience in handling Cooperatives and Producer Company law._
- Should be quick learner and have the ability to collect data from field and represent as per HO_
- Requirement_
- _Timely feedback to HO about activities being done in field._
- _Support MPCs in ensuring adherence to all guidelines;_
- _Active and hard working in field and in office too._
- _Knowledge of Excel is a feather in the cap._
- Membership Bonding_
- _Provide inputs for designing of Producer training and awareness programmes;_
- _Monitor implementation of Membership Bonding activities such as communication, awareness and training programmes for the Producers;_
- _Ensure creation and management of a robust membership database across Producer_
- Companies;_
- _Support MPC in implementation of Membership Bonding initiatives in future._
- Producer Data Analytics_
- _Ensure creation of a robust database pertaining to MPC;_
- _To keep track of the Dairy Sector (including information on the cooperatives and private sectors) in the District,._
- _Timely provide MIS and reports on regular basis and update HO on same._
- Responsibilities &Other Activities_
- _Plan the training of pourers and provide maximum support for the activities of the Department._
- _Time to time provide information for Producer Communication_

- Education:_
- B.Sc -Agriculture with added qualification preferably in the area of Milk procurement._

Pay: Up to ₹295,000.00 per year
