Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via call to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services to address customer queries effectively and provide relevant information.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher tiers of support when necessary. Strive to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless customer support.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence in customer service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
