**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales or leads.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Provide detailed information about products/services and answer customer questions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure conversions.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Language - Hindi/English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
