We are seeking a highly motivated and talented PR and Media Specialist to join our team. As a PR and Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations and media campaigns to enhance our company's brand image and reputation. With at least one year of experience in the field, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, managing media relations, and executing successful PR initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in PR, media relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and securing media coverage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of PR and media principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and their role in PR and brand promotion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative PR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns to promote our company's brand and products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, including journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Write and edit press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages to the media and target audience.
- Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and other public relations events.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports, analyzing the impact of PR campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to identify opportunities for media outreach and proactive PR initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and social media, to ensure consistent messaging across different channels.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify PR efforts and engage with the target audience.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
