**Responsibilities**
- Create **wireframes, prototypes, user flows**, and high-fidelity UI designs for both **web and mobile platforms**.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are properly translated into functional products.
- Conduct **user research**, gather insights, and implement them into design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design and conduct usability tests, iterate based on feedback to improve the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology to keep designs fresh and innovative.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs.

**Requirements**:

- **1.5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across **web and mobile apps**.
- Expertise in design tools like **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD**, and prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles**, design thinking, and usability best practices.
- Ability to transform complex user requirements into simple, intuitive design solutions.
- Experience in **responsive design** and understanding of **HTML/CSS** for effective collaboration with developers.
- Knowledge of **user research techniques** (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with **motion design** or **animation** in user interfaces.
- Familiarity with **front-end development** frameworks like **React.js** or **React Native**.
- Experience with **design systems** and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of **accessibility** and **inclusive design** practices.
- Exposure to **agile methodologies** or working in an agile environment.
