Must have exposure to Fit-Gap analysis and Estimations Mandatory Skills: ?Capability to lead a team of functional consultants and strong experience in managing senior business users ?Handle complex business processes and configuration in AX/D365F&O for Procure to Pay & Order to Cash Cycle ?Good knowledge of Warehouse management & Transportation management (Shipment process includes Inbound & Outbound) ?Should have implementation experience in T&L modules with AX2012 & D365F&O applications ?Preparation of Functional requirement and design (FRD/FDD) document for medium and complex customizations ?Able to give training and facilitate relevant workshops ?Strong English communication skill written and verbal ?Will need to work independently with business users (Excellent customer facing skills) Good to have: ?Finance functional experience ?Good knowledge of Manufacturing module ?Knowledge of Workflow configuration and setup ?Knowledge of Vendor collaboration module
