Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Create visually appealing designs and graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website assets, infographics, presentations, and print collateral.

Develop and edit engaging videos using a combination of 2D and 3D video editing techniques, animation, and visual effects.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and develop creative concepts that align with their brand identity and objectives.

Design and create compelling visual content for social media platforms, including reels, stories, and interactive posts.

Generate innovative ideas for creating engaging and shareable posts in the form of memes and interactive content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketing strategists, to ensure the visual elements effectively communicate the intended message.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of our visual content.

Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

Provide creative input and contribute to the development of content strategies to drive client engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, 3D video editing, animation, and VFX.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and 3D editing tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender).
- Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs for various digital and print platforms.
- Experience in content strategy, including the ability to create compelling posts in the form of memes, interactive content, and story formation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and understand client requirements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
