**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver lessons in Biotechnology as per the curriculum prescribed by the educational board.
- Use effective teaching methods, instructional resources, and materials to engage students in the learning process.
- Conduct practicals, demonstrations, and experiments to help students understand complex biotechnological concepts.
- Maintain a clear understanding of curriculum requirements and ensure that students are well-prepared for examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their academic progress and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and grade final exams, and ensure accurate record-keeping of student performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and disciplined learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and ask questions.
- Address students' academic and personal concerns, and provide guidance where necessary.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to ensure a conducive environment for learning.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the development of teaching materials, resources, and lesson plans.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in biotechnology and integrate these into the curriculum to enhance students’ learning experience.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding students’ academic performance and behavior.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide valuable insights into student development.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions related to Biotechnology and teaching methodologies.
