**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Sweep, mop, dust, and polish floors, carpets, and other surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain clarity and cleanliness.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners; ensure waste is disposed of according to company procedures.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, and mirrors.
- Wipe down and sanitize high-touch areas (e.g., door handles, light switches, elevators).
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, kitchens, and break rooms.
- Clean kitchen areas, including countertops, tables, and appliances, and ensure proper sanitation.
- **Supplies & Equipment**:

- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stored properly.
- Report any malfunctions or damage to cleaning equipment to the supervisor.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- **Routine & Specialized Cleaning**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks daily, such as dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces.
- Conduct deep cleaning activities as required, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and floor stripping or waxing.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning after events, meetings, or conferences.
- Clean and sanitize high-traffic or specialized areas (e.g., elevators, stairwells, medical rooms, etc.).
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Follow the appropriate procedures for handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques, handling of cleaning chemicals, and ensuring wet floors are clearly marked.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Report any issues related to cleanliness, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Maintain a daily log of cleaning tasks completed and any maintenance issues encountered.
- Assist in special cleaning projects or tasks as requested by management.
- **Customer Service (if applicable)**:

- Be courteous and respectful to all employees, clients, and visitors.
- Address any cleaning-related concerns raised by staff or visitors in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- On-the-job training is provided.
- **Experience**:

- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
