**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze tender documents and identify key submission requirements for government and private sector projects.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals, pricing sheets, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams to compile accurate technical and commercial submissions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, government policies, and tendering procedures.
- Track and monitor ongoing bids, ensuring all deadlines and compliance criteria are met.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for clarifications and negotiations.
- Prepare post-bid documentation and reports, including cost analysis and bid performance review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or project coordination—preferably in the infrastructure or EPC domain.
- Strong understanding of government e-tendering portals (e.g., CPPP, GEM, state portals).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
