
Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and transport
- Manage office logistics such as courier services and vendor coordination
- Monitor and restock office stationery and supplies
- Handle office grocery and pantry stock management
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and respond to general inquiries
- Assist in basic documentation and internal coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Ensure timely procurement and cost-effective resource management
- Work closely with various departments to support operational needs
- Track and manage the CEO's expenses, preparing accurate and timely expense reports.
- Address issues and challenges proactively, finding solutions and presenting options to the CEO.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed by the CEO.
- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to tasks, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the CEO's office with poise and confidence.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
