**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Library Management**:

- Oversee the operation of the school library, including cataloging, inventory, budgeting, and acquisition of books and digital resources.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and inclusive library environment.
- Manage and supervise student and volunteer library aides.
- **Instructional Support**:

- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that integrate library and information literacy skills.
- Teach students how to access, evaluate, and use information effectively and ethically.
- Support the development of reading and research skills across all grade levels.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Promote and support the use of educational technology and digital literacy.
- Provide training for staff and students on the use of library software, databases, and research tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Education, or a related field (Master’s in Library Science or MLIS preferred).
- Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Proficiency with library systems, educational databases, and instructional technologies.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for reading, literacy, and education.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
