oversee and coordinate Job Summary: As a Field Supervisor, you will o field operations in the Dehradun region. Your primary role will be to supervise a team of field staff, ensuring that they efficiently carry out assigned tasks and adhere to project guidelines. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, field staff, and clients, to ensure successful project implementation and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision:Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of field staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Assign tasks and projects to team members, considering individual strengths and workload distribution.
Monitor field staff activities, providing constructive feedback and addressing any performance issues.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend training and development opportunities for team members.

Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed work plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with field staff to ensure the smooth execution of projects, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement necessary adjustments.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.

Training and Development:
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to field operations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
