Your job will be to research and report hacks to help secure HEROIC’s thousands of customers. **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:

- Research data compromises and locate compromised files on the internet
- Create and grow relationships online with security researchers, hackers and reporting personnel.
- Create detailed reports about data compromises
- Publicize compromised data on our website
- Help format compromised files to be added to our database systems
- Work with software development team to add compromised data to our database systems

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to write professional reports, using proper grammar and punctuation
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- High energy and positive attitude

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Cybersecurity interest
- Ability to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience with any of the following: market research, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, research methodologies and research ethics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A capacity for independent and autonomous work within a team environment
- Experience using CRM systems (or willingness to learn)
- Competitive mindset and eagerness to win
