Store Keeper

**Job Title**:Retail Sales Associate / Store Keeper (Counter Sales)

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Counter Sales Work**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Customer / Contractor Relationship Management.
- Handle Customers calmly and patiently.
- Help Customers with Paint Shade Selection.
- Promote Offers, and loyalty programs and upsell the right Products.
- Tint Paints Very Carefully.
- Process sales transactions in PoS using a Barcode Scanner.
- Process coupons and store discounts.
- Handle UPI, cash, and card payments with crosscheck.
- Resolve customer issues and monitor customer activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback for product and service improvements.
- Counts cash at the beginning and end of their shift.
- Follows store policies and procedures.

**2. Inventory management Work**:

- Check the stock level and notify if low.
- Stock In-Take / Dispatch Accurately.
- Stick Barcode on Products.
- Arrange Stock Properly.
- Assist in inventory audits and order replenishments as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations, especially in the storage of hazardous or perishable goods.
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling goods, including lifting techniques.
- Keep track of the condition of goods and report any damaged or expired stock to management.
- Assist colleagues in handling stock and carrying out duties as needed.

**3. Administrative Work**:

- Keep Well Maintained Paint Store.
- Product Display and promotional activities.
- Maintain Tinting Machine daily.
- Timely Open & Close Store.
- Keep Store as well as counter Clean and Tidy.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.
- Making sure the store runs smoothly and effectively.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and MS Office.
- Previous experience as a cashier in retail sales, especially in the paint industry, is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position with standard shop hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Including 1.5 hr (15+60+15) breaks.
- Reporting required to shop by 7:50 AM; occasional overtime or travel may be required.
- No Other part-time Job or side Business is allowed for any Vacancy.
- Gambling, Batting, Racing, Tobacco, and Alcohol are strictly prohibited even after duty hours. If you are addicted to such addiction, you are not eligible for this job role.
- Polite Attitude: Required to be polite, gentle, and helpful to earn your respect in the team.
- Working hours may include weekends and holidays as required.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry goods as needed.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
