Site Foreman

Oversee and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
- Develop and implement work schedules, manage labor resources, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise on the construction site.
- Communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and project stakeholders.
- Motivate and lead the construction crew, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Provide on-the-job training to workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks safely and effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to supervisors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
