**Balaji Wood Interiors** is a wood interior design company that provides your home with comfortable furnishings, including an ever-stylish wardrobe, sleek kitchen cabinets, intricate and modern beds, and more. We design homes with our woodwork to make your living a picturesque dream.

We are looking for a dedicated female who would represent our company to our potential clients with her professional yet easygoing attitude.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Engaging with clients.
- Manage customer calls and answer their queries.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Ready to commute whenever required for on-site customer visits.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Any graduate can apply.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and in local language is required.
- Good communication skill.
- Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹8,524.78 - ₹12,000.00 per month
