Minimum one year experience in digital publishing environment
- Technical proficiency in Windows operating environment
- Fluency in Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and problem solving skills in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Demonstrated focused attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Data-entry awareness and experience

The primary responsibility of this role is to monitors the third party asset delivery queue on a daily basis, vetting all deliveries prior to ingesting and queuing into Content Lifecycle workflows. The operator is also responsible for communicating status of ingested and queued titles to Content Lifecycle partners on a daily basis to ensure the timely release of all delivered content in Audible.

A day in the life

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Ingestion of third-party asset delivery queue on a daily basis, vetting all deliveries prior to ingesting and queuing into Content Lifecycle workflows
- Understand and adhere to standard operating procedure
- Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources/tools to resolve/fix it
- Systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/ teams according to processes and standard
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to the Service level agreement, and average handle time set for the processes
- Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards
- The individual is required to make judgment-based decisions based on the observations and procedures
